2. Prices include transport of items to your greater London address on the truck not the carrying into your property.
Upon specific request, we will quote assistance to carry on the products into the flat and the service of assembling the furniture by an independent qualified contractor.

Order confirmation, delivery timetable and payment:
1. All quotes expire after 30 days;
2. To confirm the quote a deposit equal to 50% of the whole amount quoted needs to be paid into Italy Exclusive's bank account; the outstanding amount shall be settled on delivery;
3. Where the supply is intended for a property under refurbishment, the products will be ordered according with the actual progress of the building site. It is possible that prices and availability change; in this event we will inform the client of any variations as soon as we can;
4. Please make sure with your builder that once measurements taken the concerned rooms/walls will not be altered;
5. Delivery dates are approximate and they are intended from the date when payment has been received in company's bank account. Due to suppliers' delay, problems with transportation, holidays, strikes etc. the delivery of the goods can be delayed;
6. It is possible to ask us to try to speed up deliveries. This includes a lot of work therefore we charge an additional 5 % which will only be payable in case of success;
7. On delivery you need to sign the delivery note. Please check carefully the number of items delivered and also for damages of the outer packaging, which may indicate damages to the products inside. Any observation need to be written on the delivery note you sign. You have 6 days from delivery to send us a written complaint. This time-frame is strict and imposed on us by the transportation company for insurance reasons;
8. Please make sure that products ordered can enter into your flat through common parts and doors, as Italy Exclusive cannot be held liable for any inconvenience caused.
